  Just now on Radio-Canada.

  A major snowstorm just hit Charlevoix (the region north of Quebec City), so RC showed some tapings of the roads. One of those them showed a guy biking through five centimetres of snow right on what appears to be a major road on a hilly spot.

  That is fucking badass.
